MINUTES
September 14, 2015

Willington, CT
PRESENT – Chairman Robert Campbell, Vice Chairman Wilbur Gangaway, Treasurer Claudia D'Agata, Recording Secretary Brenda Sullivan. ABSENT – Secretary Don Berg, Member Laurel Millix, Housing Consultant David Berto.
1. Call to Order – The meeting was called to order at 6:05 p.m.
2. Present to speak – No member of the public present to speak.
3. Old Business – Button Hill senior housing project.
R. Campbell reported on a conference call with the State Department of Housing (including Deputy Commissioner Nick Lundgren and Edward LaChance in Housing Development), representatives of Federal Home Loan Bank and Putnam Bank. He said the anticipated closing date is now October 23; FHLB will give the Willington Housing Authority an extension. There also was discussion with FHLB about locking in the current interest rate. R. Campbell also said Lynne Skeet (of D. Berto's office) created a closing calendar and sent it to the DOH.
R. Campbell said he is also expecting new pricing from Zlotnick Construction.
4. New Business – None.
5. Correspondence – Gardiner & Peterson, and Putnam Bank.
6. Approval of Minutes – C. D'Agata moved to approve the August 10, 2015 minutes, W. Gangaway seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously
7. Treasurer's Report – C. D'Agata reported a balance of $1,102. 65 minus $100 deposited in Putnam Bank to cover monthly fees.
8. Adjourn – The meeting adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
